Azure obtained a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the A.Q. Miller School of Journalism at Kansas State University. She interned at KCTV5 in Kansas City, following graduation, where she learned the behind-the-scenes aspects of mass communications and the media realm.

Azure launched her career at Strategic Communications of Kansas, a public relations and lobbying firm in Topeka Kansas. There she developed a comprehensive understanding of journalism and public relations as she oversaw the strategic direction of a diverse client base.

Azure launched her own communications firm to help carry out the initiatives for each and every one of her client campaigns, including media outreach, social media and special event services. She now works with a team of professionals to help develop high-impact, strategic communications for a variety of local and regional clients in a range of industries. She has a passion for developing conceptual and visual strategies that help clients achieve their goals.

When she isn’t knee deep in communications work, you can find Azure cheering on her three children at the soccer or baseball fields across the metro.
